Toomey-3222013

A special thanks to the City of Albany Fire Department and Deputy Chief Joseph Toomey (pictured) for their fundraising efforts for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. The Fire Department and the Devils teamed to auction a one-of-a-kind Devils firefighter helmet. All the proceeds benefitted the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region.

Additionally during “Local Heroes Night” on Jan. 12, the Devils and their fans honored firefighters, police officers and paramedics of the Capital Region. Tickets for first responders were $15 with $5 being donated to the Ronald McDonald House.
