ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins scored the tying goal with 1:04 remaining in regulation and netted the game-winning goal 1:22 into overtime for a 3-2 victory against the Albany Devils Sunday at Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall.

The Devils, who had erased a 1-0 deficit in the third period, saw their four-game winning streak halted, but still gained one point towards the Eastern Conference standings. They are now sixth with a 34-20-4-7 record. The Penguins grab sole possession of fifth place with a 36-21-3-5 record.
