The 2012-13 AHL season begins where the Stanley Cup Final left off. The affiliates of the New Jersey Devils and the Los Angeles Kings compete on the Times Union Center ice when the Albany Devils host the Manchester Monarchs on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 5:05 p.m.
Albany and Manchester will meet twice during the 2012-13 campaign and in 2011-12, the Devils posted a 1-0-1-0 record against the Monarchs. Albany lost 5-4 in overtime on Dec. 30 at the Times Union Center, but rebounded for a 3-1 win at Manchester on Feb. 25.
