Storyline

The Albany Devils head back to Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall for third of four games at the Jersey shore this season. Albany hosts the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Saturday at 5 pm. Previously, the Devils hosted Hershey on Jan. 12 and Feb. 14. They will face-off against the Penguins again at Boardwalk Hall on Mar. 23.

The Devils are second in the Northeast Division and sixth in the Eastern Conference at 29-17-3-5 (66 pts.). The Penguins are tied for third in the East Division and tied for seventh in the conference at 29-20-3-4 (65 pts.).

Devils vs. Penguins Series

Saturday’s outing will be the 24th meeting all-time between the Devils and Penguins. The Devils are 4-15-0-4 overall with a 2-8-0-1 home mark and a 2-7-0-3 road record.

The teams last met on Nov. 8 at Mohegan Sun Arena. Mike Sislo registered a hat trick and added an assist in the Devils 6-5 win. Sislo scored an even-strength goal, a shorthanded tally and a power-play tally. Reid Boucher and Rostislav Olesz both had a goal and an assist and Kelly Zajac also scored. Keith Kinkaid made 27 saves.

The teams will meet again at Boardwalk Hall on Mar. 23 and at Mohegan Sun Arena on Apr. 5.
