Saturday’s game at Times Union Center isn’t just the start of the Devils home schedule, but it also marks the beginning of Mayor Kathy Sheehan’s “Cash for Coats” campaign.
The Albany Devils will host an array of promotional nights and events to support the Capital Region during the 2014-15 season. In all, 11 games at Times Union Center will have a community-betterment theme.
The Devils accept the Springfield Falcons 24 hour Ice Bucket Challenge in support for ALS Awareness and Pete Frates. The Devils challenge Armen and Levack from 104.5 “The Team” ESPN Radio.
Each year the team of summer interns at the Golub Corporation, Price Chopper’s corporate office, plan an end of the summer fundraiser for a local charity. This past Thursday, Devil Dawg took part in the Price Chopper Summer Intern’s Ice Cream Social and Raffle for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
