This Website is managed by the Devils and its agents. References to “we,” “our,” “us” and the “Devils” shall mean Albany Devils LLC and its affiliated entities.

An online credit card transaction is required in order to complete the Website purchase of a ticket, product and/or service. During this process, we generate and collect certain personally identifiable information, which includes, but may not be limited to: first and last name, first and last name of the credit card owner, credit card billing address, credit card number, credit card security code, credit card expiration date, shipping address, telephone number and email address. You also may have the opportunity to permit us to maintain this information in a personal profile for you so you do not have to re-enter the information each time you make a purchase.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
We may obtain additional information regarding your visit to and participation in such activities at the Website, including information obtained through the use of “cookies” as described below.
Personally identifiable information does not include aggregated information that is not linked to any of your personal information that can personally identify you. Such aggregated information may be shared with the AHL, its member teams and AHL affiliated entities (collectively “AHL Parties”), and our marketing partners, advertisers and other business relations.

We may collect information from you in several different areas on the Website, including but not limited to those described below:
Registration: You may be asked first to complete a registration form and provide personally identifiable information. You also may be asked to choose a user ID and password in order to take advantage of certain features that the Website may offer, such as, newsletters, contests, forums, fantasy, webcasts or other subscription based services.
Newsletters and Website Emails: The Website may offer free newsletters to share information with you about the Website, about us and our affiliates, or about our business partners, advertisers and sponsors. You may receive a newsletter either by registering for a particular newsletter or in conjunction with a special feature or membership for which you have registered on the Website. You may cancel your free email subscription by following the instructions provided on the Website or, in some instances, in the designated area of certain newsletters or emails.

It is possible for you to use many features of the Website without giving us any personally identifiable information. While we believe our disclosure of your personally identifiable information will result in opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the opportunity to tell us not to give your information to any third party by opting out (except as pursuant to Required Disclosures as noted above). Your opt out request must include your name, email address, mailing address and must be signed (signature only required for written request sent by regular mail). Please allow six weeks to process your request. You also may opt out by clicking on the appropriate opt out links contained in our applicable email communications or Website registration forms. After your request has been fulfilled, the only disclosures we will make are the Required Disclosures described above. However, you should be aware that under some circumstances, such as where we are contractually required to disclose ticket purchase information to event holders, we may not be able to fulfill your ticket order for such event if you have requested that we do not disclose your information to third parties.

We are committed to adherence to the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), including the following principles and practices regarding personally identifiable information pertaining to children under 13 years of age:
Except as noted below, we do not permit access to children under the age of 13 to participation in activities at our Website that require the furnishing of personally identifiable information.

By providing us with any personally identifiable information, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless the Devils, its affiliated entities and their directors, members, shareholders, partners, officers, employees, agents, contractors and other representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with any use and/or misuse of your personally identifiable information collected or received by the Devils directly or indirectly through the Website, including without limitation any such personally identifiable information provided by the Devils to third party companies, business partners, advertisers and sponsors.
Updating Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire to access our Website, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personally identifiable information you have provided to us.
