What To Watch For

After playing just one game at Times Union Center since Jan. 31, the Albany Devils host the Norfolk Admirals Saturday at 5 pm and the Utica Comets Sunday at 3 pm. Before their return to downtown Albany, the team heads north to face the Adirondack Phantoms Friday at 7 pm. All three games can be streamed online or on mobile devices at ahllive.com. Additionally, Friday’s game can be heard on 104.5 “The Team” ESPN Radio.

Entering the week, the Devils are second in the Northeast Division and tied for eighth in the Eastern Conference at 26-17-3-5 (60 pts.), including a 14-8-2-1 home mark and a 12-9-14 road record. The Phantoms are fourth in the division and tied for 12th in the conference at 22-25-0-3 (47 pts.) with a 12-12-0-2 home showing. The Admirals are third in the East Division and sixth in the conference at 27-15-1-7 (62 pts.), including a 14-7-1-3 road record. The Comets are fourth in the North Division and 14th in the Western Conference at 20-23-3-4 (47 pts.) with a 11-11-2-1 road mark.

The first 1,500 fans to arrive Saturday will receive a Darcy Zajac bobblehead, courtesy of Recovery Sports Grill. Additionally, Recovery Sports Grill Hall of Fame members will receive $2 off admission at the Times Union Center Box Office.

Fans can take advantage of a special Dunkin’ Donuts deal for Sunday’s contest. For just $52 the package includes four tickets, four Devils hats and a $10 rechargeable Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Card. Additionally, the Devils and Dunkin’ Donuts plan to accelerate the “Dunkin’ Donuts Goals for Coffee” program. For every Albany goal scored Sunday, Dunkin’ Donuts will donate five pounds of coffee to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

After Sunday’s contest, fans are invited to stay and interact with the Devils players during the second of three postgame autograph sessions this season. Additionally, fans can also bring their skates and take laps on the Times Union Center ice.
