With the help of a six point weekend, the Albany Devils have moved into fifth place in the Eastern Conference with 66 points (29-17-3-5). The three wins have also positioned the Devils five points behind the first-place Springfield Falcons in the Northeast Division. Springfield, which has played one more game than Albany, has amassed 71 points.

The Devils return to Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall for the third of four games at the Jersey shore. The team plays the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (28-19-3-4) Saturday at 5 pm. Previously, the Devils hosted Hershey on Jan. 12 and Feb. 14. They will face-off against the Penguins again at Boardwalk Hall on Mar. 23.

On Sunday, the Devils travel to face the Providence Bruins at Dunkin’ Donuts Center at 3:05 pm. Providence is one point behind Albany in the Eastern Conference with 65 points (29-19-1-6). The contest will be the first of two between the clubs.

Sunday’s game begins a five-game road swing for the Devils. This season, Albany has earned 31 points on the road, ranking the team tied for 10th in the league.
