With four wins and nine points in their last six games, the Albany Devils embark on their third consecutive three-in-three weekend. The team travels to face the Binghamton Senators Friday (7:05 pm) at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. Albany then hosts the Adirondack Phantoms Saturday (2 pm) and the Senators Sunday (3 pm) at Times Union Center.

Last week, the Devils earned five-out-of-six points thanks to an 8-3 win at the Utica Comets Friday and a 4-1 victory at the Adirondack Phantoms Saturday. The team collected a point during a 4-3 shootout loss at the Hershey Bears Sunday.

The Devils are second in the Northeast Division and tied for fourth in the Eastern Conference at 23-11-3-3 (52 pts.) with a 12-6-2-0 home mark and an 11-5-1-3 road record. The Senators are first in the East Division and third in the conference at 25-12-0-3 (53 pts.), including a 14-4-0-3 home record and an 11-8-0-0 road showing. The Phantoms are third in the Northeast Division and tied for 10th in the conference at 20-17-0-2 (42 pts.) with an 11-10-0-1 home mark and a 9-7-0-1 road record.

As part of “Times Union Family Day” Times Union readers will receive $5 or $10 admission Saturday at the box office by presenting their newspaper bill, a copy of the paper or any “Times Union Family Day” ads. Additionally, Marvel’s Iron Man will make a special appearance and the first 1,500 fans though the turnstiles will receive a Joe Whitney bobblehead, courtesy of Yankee Trails.

After Sunday’s contest, fans are invited to stay and interact with the Devils players during the first of three postgame autograph sessions this season. Additionally, fans can also bring their skates and take laps on the Times Union Center ice.
