The American Hockey League has announced that Albany Devils defenseman Dan Kelly has been suspended for one game as a consequence of a match penalty for an illegal check to the head of an opponent, assessed in a game vs. St. John’s on Dec. 2.

A-Devils Training Camp Opens Sunday

The Albany Devils will open their 2015 Training Camp on Sunday, Sept. 27 at 3 pm at Knickerbacker Ice Arena in Troy, NY.

The New Jersey Devils have named Eric Weinrich to the position of Development Coach, joining Pertti Hasanen, Patrick Rissmiller and Scott Clemmensen on the team’s development staff. The announcement was made by Devils’ Executive Vice President/General Manager Ray Shero.

NJ Devils Set Rookie Camp Roster

The NJ Devils have announced their rookie camp roster that will report to AmeriHealth Pavilion on Thursday, Sept. 10, and then travel to Buffalo, NY later that day.

The NJ Devils have named John Hynes as the 17th head coach in team history.
