You suffered a major neck injury before coming to Albany. Does that impact how you play today?
Frazee: It affects the equipment I wear and it may affect the way I play. There are maybe some things I do differently now. Before I may have dove head first without thinking about my neck.

Are you going to work on certain things more then others this off season? What sort of things do you usually work on during the off season?
Frazee: I usually spend half the summer working in New Jersey with Mike Vasalani (Strength/Conditioning Coordinator). I’m doing a little bit more stretching this year than I have in the past. Normally, we do a lot of track workouts and three gym workouts a week. We also do biking workouts up hills.
Scott Jamieson
Do you think the New York Yankees will repeat as American League East Champions??
Frazee: Yes only because the Minnesota Twins are having a tough year.
Harley Alderson
jeff how did youa nd your teammate like your first year in albany, and what do you expect for the 2011-2012 season?
Frazee: We had to do some adapting; we moved to a new city. We didn’t know anything about it. I think this year we’ll understand where we can find dinner after a home game – a place that just serves food. It’s really about the ins and outs and knowing where to find some things.

Frazee: My most memorable hockey moment was when I won the World Under-18 Championship in the Czech Republic.
